Anyone can suggest an open educational resource (OER) for us to consider posting to the B.C. Open Collection. All resources will be vetted by experts and aligned with BCcampus accessibility and quality requirements before being posted. 

To ensure textbooks and course materials in the B.C. Open Collection meet our minimum standard for quality, resources are evaluated before they are published in our collection. Evaluators are subject-matter experts from Canadian post-secondary institutions. We are currently seeking evaluators to vet new materials for the B.C. Open Collection. 

If you find an error in one of the resources in the B.C. Open Collection, please let us know.

Educators from B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Yukon are invited to review a textbook in the B.C. Open Collection. These reviews are posted alongside the book in the collection to provide fellow educators insight on the resource.

If you are an instructor who is using an open textbook or an open course from the B.C. Open Collection or another source in your course, please let us know. We use this information to track student savings and OER use.
